Nicki Hutley is a highly experienced independent economist with expertise in macroeconomics and microeconomic policy gained over three decades of practice in financial and investment markets and in economic consulting. This session will focus on some of the international trends as well as both the current macroeconomic outlook in Australia and some of the bigger issues that will shape the economy over the longer term. |

Inga Kristoffersen is an applied microeconomist and Lecturer in the Department of Economics within the UWA Business School. Inga's research has been published in several high-ranked international journals, and she will discuss the topics of externalities and ethical decision-making in production and consumption. |

Chris Doohan, Principal Consultant - Curriculum, Assessment & Strategic Policy (Humanities and Social Sciences) at the School Curriculum and Authority, will provide an overview of key changes for the upcoming implementation of the Economics and Business curriculum for Years 7-10, with a key focus on unpacking some of the new curriculum content. |

Join us for the Annual General Meeting after the sundowner from 3.30pm to 4.30pm where drinks and canapΓ©s
will continue as the executive committee will briefly report on the Association in 2025 and ETAWA members will elect the committee
positions for 2026.
